What is a live online course?
Live online courses are organized in a live virtual meeting room where participants and trainers meet together to communicate with voice, video, whiteboard etc. During such live classes the participants can meet their trainers live over the internet to discuss different topics.
Are there prerequisites or language requirements?
For most of the basic and intermediate level courses there are no prerequisites. Our courses are open to participant of all backgrounds.
All courses are conducted in English. At the same time we can schedule courses in various other national and regional languages depending upon the number of participants. If you are attending as a group we can schedule a suited course in the language you prefer.

Students join our online courses for a variety of reasons and come from diverse backgrounds, professions, and age groups.

Can I take more than one course at a time?
No. You can complete one course and then take another course.
When should I register?
You can register any time. You can take recorded and video type courses any time. Live courses can be taken only as per the schedule. Make sure of your availability before registering for the live courses.
Can I access the course before the live session is scheduled to begin?
No.
Can our office participate in the online course as a group?
Yes if your office have a business account with us and if the course is available in that account. If not, each course participant must be registered individually to access live class sessions and lesson content.
How many students are in a course? Who will be my classmates?
Our classes are kept small, at no more than 30 students, to better facilitate and encourage personalized interaction with the instructor and fellow participants. Your classmates come from all over the globe and contribute their global perspectives and experience.
Do I need to buy books?
No. All the reading materials you are required to access are included with your course. Instructors may provide recommended and suggested texts for further exploration. Buying them is not mandatory.

Will my course results be shared to me?
Yes. Course results will not be released to anyone other than the participant without the participant’s written permission.
My payment did not go through. What do I do?
We apologize for this inconvenience. We encourage you to reach out to your financial institution as further permissions may be needed to complete the payment. You are also welcome to contact us for further guidance. Please wait a full 24 hours before trying again. A strong Internet connection and up-to-date browser are strongly recommended.
Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend my Online Course?
In order to be granted a full fee refund for the live courses, you must cancel your registration by sending an email to us 5 full business days before the course’s start date. For all other courses we will refund you anytime provided that you have not attended the course. Please note we are unable to reimburse for any currency conversion fees charged by your credit-card issuer.
Will I get a refund if I did not like the course?
No. We are not a marketplace where anyone can list their course. All of our courses are developed by industry experts and only highly qualified and experienced trainers deliver the course to ensure that the courses meet or exceed the expectations of participants. Before purchasing you may go through the course details and ensure that it is suited for you.
